Momento does not operate like a traditional restaurant, nor does Chef Sean operate as a traditional chef. There will be no menu to choose from. During the booking process, you will the option to choose from four different culinary genres. All drinks are included. Chef Sean works with our in-house Sommelier to pair all food and wine for each dinner experience.
