At Momento, I take care of every detail, so you can fully enjoy your time away without the stress of meal planning, restaurant reservations, or grocery shopping. From your first cocktail to your final dinner experience, I ensure every moment is tailored to perfection.

Pricing Packages

Daily Retainer Fee:

Note: These packages cover my retainer fee only. All travel, accommodation, and food costs are the client’s responsibility. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due on the first day of service. Any additional cost to be covered on last day of service. 

€550 per day for the first 3 days
€220/Day from day 4 onwards

Food Costs and Budgeting

To ensure an exceptional dining experience, I recommend clients budget 100 Euro per guest per day for food costs, including wine and beer pairings. My invoices are based on the number of guests and this per-head food budget, plus my retainer fee. On the final day of service, any additional costs will be settled, with the client responsible for any differences. My goal is always to stay within budget while delivering a great experience.

Terms

Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% Refund: Available for cancellations made up to two weeks before the event.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: For cancellations within two weeks of the event, the deposit will be forfeited and non-transferable.

Booking and Payment:

  • 50% Deposit: Secure your dates with a deposit.
  • Remaining Balance: Due on the first day of service
  • Additional Costs: All travel, accommodation, and food expenses are covered by the client.
